Looking for a couple of mature, centerist humans to help me keep this place on track.
Most of the flack in the forum world comes in three areas;
Politics- extremists flame.
Religion- again, extremists fight the tastes great less filling world.
Offensive language- slander.
Personal beefs-yeah well...

Im not in the market for anyone heavy handed, little correctives are what work..."you used a racial derogatory, you have a 24 hour timeout and 3 warning points. Next offense will be 72 hours..." etc etc.
I need no more than 3 mods. Too many cooks in the kitchen etc.
I am not a moderator, im the administration. I know my role ive spent most of my adult life performing it.
Administration delegates.
Someone step up and pitch in.
