So, I think it would be cool for everybody to put together a Spotify playlist of your favorite bands and songs. Feel free to do multiple playlists if you like. WMTP - wmtp is a collection of the most creative stuff I have ever heard. It's not mainstream at all, but it has some really good gems on it. Thompson Creek - If you listen to both, Thompson Creek will give you a good Idea of how diverse my musical intake can be. I would call it country before it turned into pop.

It's a music streamer kind of like pandora, but you can actually make your on playlists. It's free with ads. You can pay to remove ads and get some other features too. It's pretty much the only way I listen to music.

I have a thread about music streaming on FBK. Since im a dinosaur, and my wife already had Amazon Prime, i use the Prime Music app on my phone to stream ALBUMS. Shuffle does not meet my obsesive compulsive needs to listen to the original album in the track order which was set up for Miles Davis by Rudy Van Gelder in 1959. Some of us take music ffn seriously.

You can listen to albums in their intended order on Spotify too. I'm the same way. I like to hear the albums just like the artists intended.

Free version of Spotify was unsatisfying. If we ever lose Amazon Prime ill go back to Spotify. Their album selection for free members was not nearly as robust as Prime.

I've never used Amazon Prime, so I don't know what it's like. If you're using your phone with the Spotify free version, I think your only option is shuffle. On a PC you can listen in whatever order you want just with ads. I use the free version cause I don't mind the ads, but I mostly use my PC. I'll check Prime out. Don't you get shipping deals with prime too?

We have no stations on AM here except the information station at Fort Jackson. Maybe a couple others like that, but that's about it.
