We have guests, cool.
Unlike recent endeavors on the Bass Web, we are shooting for zero controversy here.
Also cool.
My thought on the matter is this;
Why don't we keep the forum open to everyone for the full month of February, then make it a members only forum.
We have nothing to hide here, but id like to have security issues at close to zero.
We have had 18 guests in the last 24 hours and Id like to attract them rather than repel them.
Also, i have a pair of mods in the works. This will be a forum with a semblance of order and peace.
I have enough disorder in my life everywhere else.

While we're talking about site related stuff: Do we need a miscellaneous bass stuff section or do you think it would be better to post those types of posts in general discussion?

We are under scrutiny for legit and non legit reasons.
I hope we behave in a manor better than our history shows we will.

I like the idea of guests being able to view and I think that would be cool to stay forever, but I feel like they should register if they want to contribute. Letting guests post might make it impossible to keep this place friendly. Just my $0.02. |

Which was the very reason we locked down the FBK, we had a troll posting inappropriate material.
So its all good until someone makes it bad.
