Want! About a decade ago, Shecter offered a 5 string Tele bass like this. I think it was a Rob DeLeo signature model. The reviews were great, albeit noisy. Only drawbacks i see to THIS version are: EMGs, not my favorite. Non defeatable preamp, i kinda have to have a passive option. If I Had Money... I also want to know the specs on those EMG P Pickups.
What would be a drop in replacement for them?
They look short
Bartoinis are NOT an upgrade from EMG.
Id be looking for seymour duncan or nordy.

What's the matter with EMG's? And you ought to have PLENTY of space between strings with a 12" radius. |
